The new pulled pork taco concoction on the menu is zesty, sweet, tart, and spicy all wrapped in one tortilla. Our pork taco is topped with 2 sauces: a homemade purple BBQ sauce, which gets its incredible color from organic beets and a green apple and mint salsa verde. The taco is finished off with thinly sliced pickled apples and cilantro.
